To have the ability to play a musical instrument is a real gift but to join with fellow musicians to make music is an absolute joy. The music group at St. Andrews has been actively involved in supporting the singing at Family Services for many years. Currently there are six very enthusiastic, dedicated players who meet for an hour or so the week before the service for a rehearsal, usually practising 4 or 5 hymns, and then attend the Sunday morning service accompanying the hymns in our lively upbeat manner. It doesn’t take up too much of our time and all music is provided.
