Messy Church meets once a month on a Saturday afternoon 2.30pm-4pm in the Church Centre. (This is in the church grounds.)
Messy Church is church but not as you know it! We
welcome anyone to attend and all are encouraged to join
in with the activities.
The afternoon starts with various crafts or activities to
choose from around the hall. These relate to the Bible
theme for the day. After approximately 45mins, the
crafts are packed away and we join together for our
Celebration time. This includes an interactive telling of a
Bible story or verse, praying together (no obligation to
share aloud!) and singing a couple of songs.
We end our time together by sharing in theme related
food ready prepared for all to enjoy. There is no cost to
attend, but all children must be accompanied by an
adult.
